Sadly not as good as it was since they made the local staff redundant. I would question the process for obtaining pharmaceuticals as it seems to take longer now since the change in management/ ownership, expect to wait longer than 5 days for your drugs and feedback/ communication is none existent

Shocking experience in here today. I witnessed the woman behind the counter being really rude to a number of customers, all of whom were perfectly polite to her initially. She should absolutely not be working in customer service.
