I stay here so often that it feels like a second home now! Every member of staff are friendly and know their jobs well however on this visit Catherine stood out and needed to receive a 5* review! We were served by Elaine who was wonderful, patient, friendly overall she is an Angel and a star. The room itself was nice and comfy. The pillows were very lovely as well and the facilities were great

Fantastic service from Jennie. Catered to all of my needs even swapping me to a closer room as I have lots of equipment to unload from my vehicle overnight. I stayed during the UK heatwave and she gave me advice on how to cool myself in the room which had no air con.
