Went into Basildon branch today to open an Isa. Was met at the door by cashier 'Cara'. What a helpful young lady. She explained, she could guide me through it my phone (as she wasn't an advisor'). Well she should be. She completely changed my accounts around to benefit me. Am now so much better off. Gave great advise and...

Needed information and transactions which took a while. Young man behind the counter was patient and informed me of each step. All resolved.

I am with them since Abbey national. Every year customer service gets worst. People have patience with them because used to be a great bank once. They think they can get away with reducing branches and time of support.
