This is a joke 4h a day ?!?!? And people are wanting to get their delivery are working people !!!and we can't even get our stuff on normal time after we finish the job.This place should be closed completely and the other post offices in basildon should get our things so we can just collect it after work as normal. My 2 packages are a week late. Tried calling up this post office but it's impossible to get in contact with a real human. Says press 2 to file complaints. Pressed to and it just repeats a message over and over again about redirecting mail then cuts you off. I'm sick of staying in everyday waiting for my items to arrive....
