Refused our Evri parcel that was sent from another post office and was well under maximum size. Now Evri have lost it so no Xmas presents for the grandkids. Thanks for nothing avoid at all costs

Going to give these guys 1 star because of their terrible advice. I was told last week that I couldn't use a commemorative stamp to post a letter and that I had to use a stamp with a barcode - even though the Royal Mail website says that you can still use commemorative stamps and there are no plans to discontinue them....

Beware from this post office! They opened my parcel without asking my permission and sent back to different location!! When I went there they didnt even explain!! They are scammer!
