Level access, queue outdoors sometimes because tiny shop with no aircon at rear(wheeled access may be awkward but possible). Even preCovid it was squashed. Good standard of help for simple jobs, brill for sales, complex account changes they always tell you to go online. Elderly or non-tech people try the Bluewater branch... read full comment
