The food was good as always. The guy who served me was very pleasant and made conversation. The only downside to my experience was the young girl in a blue top with tattoos on her arm. Great food but horrible customer service. Been here a few times before cinema and staff are not very nice and always seem to be in a bad mood. Makes you feel unwelcome. Restaurant dirty, toilets not cleaned and no toilet paper. Tables and menus sticky, had sauce stuck to mine. Won’t be coming back again

This particular branch was outstanding! The customer service was great. I am really impressed. From the person who was letting people in, she was very supportive and found a table for us, the waitress who was taking orders supported me with my NHS card as I couldn't find it.
