Overall enjoy coming to this shop, some staff are very friendly and the food is more than often really good but today I felt particularly uncomfortable. This is the most useless Greggs I have seen, ordered for collection at 9, and it's now 9.25, and the food is not ready to collect, the lady on the counter showing her mobile to someone and chatting. Poor customer service at its best.

Unbelievably slow. Every time I order from here it takes approx 1 hour to get the order ready
