Exceptional staff in both Felmores and Long Riding surgeries. We have always found they go all out to be helpful. I have to mention one of the nurses in particular, who without hesitation pulls down her face masks as soon as she realises I'm partially deaf - when life is difficult enough, these things make a huge difference... read full comment

Impossible to get an appointment. Everyday calling at 8am, waiting over 45 minutes to learn that I have to call back tomorrow.
