Waited an hour and a half for stone cold food. Was told after an hour that is was on its way. I could walk there and back quicker.

Found a bug in the cheese chips, was told would be refunded for the order, didn't want to go and pick the cash up so said would take the money off the next order- just called and they had a long discussion that it would just be refunded for the infected chips! Nothing else. Normally order from here but will avoid from now.
