I’ve been going to this hair shop for years and never encountered any issues. I have always found the staff pleasant - one time I was even able to exchange a £15.99 item without a receipt.

The products are good but there is a massive racial bias. It took years as a customer for me to no longer be followed by staff and even now I receive the bare minimum when it comes to customer service. Very bad customer service! My wife just wanted to try a wig on and she asked if she can try it on or not but a man answered without looking at her “just if you will buy it” continuing with his business. Very rude, wouldn’t recommend it, 0 stars if I could
