I placed a small order with them. Whilst speaking to the lady on the phone i asked if it would be ready for collection first thing Monday morning, which she said yes . I arrived at 10:30 to collect the order to which I was told it won’t be ready till lunch time. Very frustrating as I have travelled hour and a half to...

Excellent quality wood, really well packaged. Also, superb service from Barry, Oliver and all the team there...went well beyond my expectations in sorting some suitable maple. Couldn't be happier.
