I went in to check coin bought through my business account. The manager refused to allow me to do this in the banking hall, which is quiet and not visible from the street. Instead, they made a vulnerable and disabled 70-year old take coins for checking up and down the hill to cafés.The level of customer care is minimal... read full comment
