Absolute joke on how long I had to queue. And it's not just today, it's everyday. 20 minuets queue times due to one person serving. I got to the till and the the young chap apolgised about the wait and when I enquired if there was any more staff he replied with saying "there's only two of us and they are on break".

More staff may be required, was on queue for ages, bins overflowing, all food cold, no hot sausage rolls or any other pastries. When I asked for a hot beef and vegetable, was advised they have all been baked already at the same time. Not fresh then.

Went in to buy two lattes, stood near the counter thinking what do I want and I thought "I know! I'll have a Tottenham cake!" So got that and a sausage roll. Some fella working there with a massive hooter gave me the evils. Sausage roll was banging though.
