Perfect little spot for a quick coffee and scones. Cosy little shop with lots of quirky memorabilia. Perfect service, good coffee and delicious scones beautifully presented with lots of clotted cream and jam.

We had a oemon curd cream tea at this cosy place and it was a great experience. Everything homemade, fresh.

From The Trellis Restaurant and Tea Rooms
The Trellis is a quirky English restaurant in a historic building, circa 1680. Sit by the fire indoors in the colder months, or enjoy the flowery garden all summer. Serving hot food all day, including Fish & Chips, Steak Pie & mash, Baked potatoes, home- made Soups, Ploughman’s and yummy Toasties.
We also serve delicious Sunday Roasts and we are famous for our traditional Cream Teas - home-made scones served with strawberry jam or lemon curd and fresh, thick cream. Big groups welcome!
Just walk in or book a table by message, or phone us on 01273 302837.
Open every day except Wednesdays. Dog friendly.
