Never, and I mean never purchase a bike from these guys. Mine went wrong almost immediately and when I brought it to their attention, they refused to return my calls, answer my emails or help in any way. I bought the moped in their East London shop. They've since closed it down. For any NIU moped repair they ask for £50 pick up and another £50 drop off fee. Very poor after sale customer service. I'm not happy with them and definitely not happy with the NIU moped as it constantly breaks! If the current issue isn't fixed...
