Popped in for lunch today, bit apprehensive as road closed & didn't look open but greeted warmly by barmaid & friendly locals. Pub is very old fashioned but somehow adds to the charm, garden lovely on a hot day & couldn't fault the food. Basic pub grub but tasty & reasonable & a good pint.
