I work for a care company, looking after the elderly and vulnerable. Recently went in with a patient, elderly gentleman who struggles with his mobility but would still like some independence, so I help him by carrying his shopping, making sure he's safe. Fed up of being id’d by the same lady each time I go in, and now this time for paracetamol?! Have to be 16, and this lady consistently id’s me, despite having seen my ID multiple times, I have tattoos and am quite clearly over 16. Stupid customer service and always the same woman. The staff in here are so rude, never known supervisors to be so dim and unhelpful. The supervisors just stand around doing nothing. One was really rude had a name tag Sue. I think someone should tell her to sort out her attitude. Speaking to not only her staff rudely but her colleagues.
