Had a morning visit to my fav and the shop was heaving extra busy , the young lady in charge Jess was doing her best to get everybody served as quickly as possible , unfortunately there were a few customers who were not happy with having to wait and were quite rude . This is the worst coffee I have ever had in a Costa. Dishwasher not working again so everyone is drinking with take away cups and although the staff are pleasant they certainly don't know how to make a cappuccino!
