Found this gem in East Sussex, fabulous cafe/restaurant on the riverside, boats moored alongside. Warm, friendly
atmosphere and staff. Love the music background and feel good space. Coffee latte my go to and polenta cake with berries and cream, a real treat.

Had lunch with family before boat hire. The cafe is lovely and adult menu is quite broad. Kids menu is relatively limited. Mutton flatbread is delicious. Staff and manager were attentive in a busy restaurant. Will come again.
