New computer system causing problems. Delays to pharmacy processing prescriptions. Staff overwhelmed.

I can only imagine the strains on the pharmacy and do appreciate their hard work but the Lady on the counter seriously needs some re- training on how to speak with customers, I witnessed people being polite to her but nothing back apart from a scowl and no empathy whatsoever considering where she's working.
