I booked an appointment with the salon online and when I turned up they said they didn’t have it in their system. I understand that mixups happen but the lady kept us waiting 15 mins before telling us that she didn’t have the booking in her system, and then she was so rude to me and basically asked me to leave her salon.... read full comment

I don’t usually leave reviews but how this business is still going is beyond me.The lady who I believe is the business owner is just so bluntly rude to customers. I was waiting for over 45 min for my pre booked appointment before I asked how much longer is it going to be, as all I was told on arrival was to take a seat.Half... read full comment
