Today there were only 4 tills open at 11.30. Each till had 4 or 5 people in. As I had to get to work it was a case of having to use self service.

Had wonderful service from your colleague Marie on Tuesday. She was covering the self serve desk around 4.30pm. I got a rescan and had to do a full scan as two packets of something were stuck together so had only been scanned once. My daughter has broken her wrist and I have had my vaccine jab which I had a really bad reaction...

Have been West Hove store twice in the last month. Usually weekly, reduced as limiting my exposure due to Covid. I have found the organisation very good. The staff very friendly, as usual, and all working very hard. As a health professional myself, and continue to work. I wish to send a big Thank You to you all.
