I didnt got my parcel, I sent the right address and they delivered some place else. And 2 months later still no delivered parcel

Awful. I’ve stop buying online,as I really don’t have the time to work around such a meagre timetable and when you are there only one member of staff and a long queue of people.Royal Mail, stop being so tight.

Horrible service, after they left red card for missing delivery l called them more than 10 times each waiting time 30 min to 60 min no one answer ,than l changed my address to my local shop so they can leave the parcel there still l m getting red card delivery will be next day ,l wonder have they realise people are working... read full comment
