Genuinely thought I was on a prank show. The one person in-front of me in the queue wanted to deposit £25000 into his business account and I had to stand there and wait for the severely undertrained teenager(?) behind the counter to count out the 25k note by note in the most satirically slowest way possible. Couldn't do anything for me without my card. All I wanted was to get access to my account online and I had ID, account number & sort code. What a total waste of space high street banks are now that they're just staffed by kids without adequate training

Went in to resolve an account issue I couldn't fix online and the staff were super friendly and helpful, gave me extra advice on other questions I had, really excellent service
