All the staff were extremely friendly and so helpful. Ray and another colleague who I didn’t get their name unfortunately were very helpful. In particular, the second employee explained to me bits about my BMW that I didn’t know and helped me make an informed decision on which tyres to go for.

As usual your staff are helpful and amenable even though they are o be run with customers! They rang me and explained all the problems and gave me a price. When I returned they showed me the damage to the tires and informed why I needed new ones, big nail in one, tent peg in another and two badly worn tires. The only reason... read full comment

LADIES; watch out! Manager (Ray?) is a true misogynist. Changed the wrong tyre (despite clear request for offside rear). Manager did not apologise, then proceeded to use a patronising tone.
