Reduculous opening hours. 2 members of staff to man an entire bank? Very poor service.

Attempted to apply for an account for my son online. Couldnt because of error told to find nearest branch. Went to branch (only open 9am-3:30pm), waited from 2:55 to 3:25, staff finally appeared and im told i have to book an appointment to apply.
