Of all OK the chain coffee shop shops I think Nero is the best. However a number of their shops are in need of a refurbishment.

A great venue to sit & relax whilst drinking a coffee or two, in a very good location,plenty is seating area, and a few outside, very clean,& the staff were friendly & helpful.

When staff cannot be bothered it makes for a poor atmosphere, I presume it was the manager serving (other staff was asking him questions)and it was clear he was not happy to be there, he was rude to staff and short to clients and even tried pushing problems back on the client.
