Waited 42 minutes for call to be answered. Then told letter I was being asked to pay £5 for as sender had not put sufficient postage on letter could not be traced even tho I had a reference number. No I must go to delivery office. I am unable to walk, 82 yrs of age and so must hope this wasn't something important.
