Absolutely disgusting having to wait so long..over an hour in the queue with only one woman serving due to 'staff illness'.. and she was very rude.. with so many unemployed people surely something could b done to solve the staff shortages.. also one rude woman jus jumped the queue whilst 20 other people where waiting..... read full comment

I ask to pick some money from MoneyGram,i was sent to Travel Money ..after 30 minutes,the lady from that office..sent me back to Postal Office..because there I can receive or sent money with MoneyGram.After more 40 minutes waiting,finally..got it. Horrible management.

A truly rubbish managed post office. Always short staffed. Long queues and if you work before 9 and after 4 then it’s closed. Staff run ragged and abused by public. It’s about time the management sorted this place out before you lose the remaining staff you have. Total shambles
