When to pick up 2 over the counter medicines, I was number 2 in the queue. From what I could see there were at least 4 members of staff working, even then it took me 10 minutes to be acknowledged then they had neither of what I needed. No way of contacting the pharmacy by phone to check if a prescription has arrived as the number isn't working now. The 0345 number puts you on hold and the ' average wait tike was 2hr 17 mins ' poor
