Used to have good experiences with this store, both in shop and deliveries. Last night's delivery was missing two items, but still charged. A little disappointing. I know mistakes can be made, but when they are not even attempted to be rectified when I tried to contact them, it's poor and sad.

Normally I would give this a 4 - friendly staff and decent choice, but there was member of staff who made me feel very small and really changed my happy mood. Rude.
