A female worker was very rude to my daughter, I called to complain and she called my daughter a liar, no apology even after me explaining that even if she thinks she wasn’t rude, her service has resulted in my child being upset.She wouldn’t give me her name or pass the phone to someone else.Seriously bad staff member!

i've just tried to top up my electricity and gas via paypoint and been told the allocated time is for pensioners... i didn't want any food ...just electricity and gas....... why hasn't the website been updated.....apparently opening hours are only 6am to 11am?....Incompetent and hopeless...I wont be going back

Any one going to this co op store I advise you not to I was spoken very rudely by a female assistant when I was trying to stop a man jumping a head of an old lady In the queue when she said to me keep out of it and leave the store then she persisted to give me a customer abuse not to mention I think I herd a racial slur...
