Never have I encountered a staff member so rude - didn’t have a name badge on but worked at the post office. She had blonde hair & a bad attitude. Rolling her eyes, talking down on me, just because there were so many parcels behind the counter & she had to look for mine amongst them. News flash, that’s your job.
