We’ve just returned from an amazing trip booked with Charlotte. The whole thing was so easy and painless, Charlotte just took control of it all which was fantastic. All we did was show up! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to book a trip. She even sent my kids a little goodie box for their flight! How thoughtful....

Just back from a fantastic Thailand holiday, arranged by Charlotte. She sorted out multiple flights, transfers and hotels for us to have an amazing trip. She was always on hand to answer any questions and check everything was going ok. Also, was really helpful to have some travel knowledge of a place that neither myself...
