Booked for annual flu jab, staff were friendly and efficient. Consultation room was clean and tidy. Overall very good experience, I would recommend it.

Waited of people's time , they have send me back to the hospital twice asking to the doctors the signed the prescription to just find out it had 2 signed prescription on it , l when to boots to get my medication because this guys don't even know what they are doing. Unfortunately the rewew does have 0 star's to give

It's a shame because this is one of the closest chemists in the area however staff here are not professional if they have a personal dislike of you. Discussing patient details loudly, talking about locals and previous altercations and arguments, taking things personally... It's all haphazard when it comes to customer service.... read full comment
