Ordered and paid for some parts for my faulty shower, spoke to a chap called Scott who was very helpful was told that they will be sent out next business day. Received only one of the 8 parts that I ordered. Called in spoke to the most unhelpful lady ever who told me the items were out of stock. Asked her when I could expect...

Paid for an item waited 4 weeks no delivery.Customer service response was item was out of stock but now have stock.Further 4 weeks no delivery.Called up again, and was told they had missed my order off. Another week passes by.NO DELIVERY!

They are great people and have great attitude towards their customers, i needed parts after 8 years of buying their shower , they sent me everything i asked for free and where charged was half of market price for same part, and they are excellent to deal with, buying their products means years of care and quality.
