I had about six lottery tickets to cash in,so I perused London Road and decided W.H Smith would be the place to get them swiftly paid out. Dear lord how wrong was I! There is a man who works here who is the most miserable man in existence. Never heard him utter a single nicety and always makes it feel like you’re bothering him, even when you just want to pay! Avoid if you can.
