Went in today for a new top, Holly was lovely at checkout. Rare to see a friendly smile in customer service at the moment, she made our day!

Shop closes 19:00 but fitting room closed 17:20, told so even by the staff. In what world does that make sense, if I wanted buy clothes without trying them on I would buy them online. Deeply disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful clothing items but very much overpriced for some. I find the quality of most items matches the price but some things are just not good enough for the high prices they are sold at.
