My elderly neighbour locked herself out of her house today. Called five different 'emergency' locksmiths - no one was available! Finally called Thomas Locksmiths, a lovely gentleman (sorry i didnt ask his name) arrived just over 20 minutes later and unlocked the door. He also checked the lock was working inside and out...
