I popped in during my hen weekend last month whilst shopping and was surprised at what a vast range of styles they had at great affordability too. I bought my daughter two cute sets of earrings for her birthday and took a business card with me for future purchases. The lady who helped at the till was very welcoming and lovely. I will definitely pop in again when next that way.

Need to make customers aware they aren?t entitled to a refund when purchasing anything. Credit notes only. Not really an issue to be honest but it?s more the fact that it?s not clear when purchasing.

My husband bought a ring for my 60th birthday which was slightly too small. It was remade in a larger size but after a couple of weeks of wearing it, I realised it just wasn't comfortable. In January, I ordered some earrings(online) for my mum's birthday. The website was very easy to use and I was given the opportunity to have them gift wrapped and have a card sent with them. My mum was over the moon with her Rachel Jackson gold hoops! The were beautifully wrapped and the hand written card was a lovely touch! Thank you, I will spread the word!
