The toilets are absolutely disgusting poo & pissarro everywhere never any toolet roll or soap. The product gave gone down hill as well. Better of at Marks

This used to be an excellent shopping experience and whilst the staff that are scheduled on are lovely and apologetic the decision to have NO checkouts open after 8pm makes doing a family shop intolerable… also the money saving exercise of switching off the lights in the car park at night makes it feel very unsafe…
