Terrible. My daughter had a DPD parcel to puck up there. He was really abusive to her and said he didn't have it. He shoved her out of the shop. When I went in to collect it he told me he didn't have it. I told him, in direct terms, that I wasn't leaving the shop without it. Something dodgy about this place. The guy was a bit rude and unfriendly. He scanned my parcel, then said it was a bad parcel but the parcel shows as sent… thanks so now I have to pay again.
