absolutely fuming took my little sister to get her ears pierced and the piercer did the dots way to low so I corrected her and she re did the dots we was happy with and we had two different piercers do it and the other piercer did it in the right whole but the piercer who did the dots didn't pierce it in the place we asked... read full comment

Messed my daughters ear piercing up. It's done in the wrong place.. but it also to low that it is making the hole to big and causing discomfort.

Received ear rings as a present, box was never opened and I tried to return with the receipt but they said no exchanges or refunds. Terrible policy to try shift their terrible Jewellery more.
