Great service, my dad has dementia and mobility difficulties. James visited with a lot of kit he needed for the test all packed efficiently into a backpack and a couple of briefcases. Test was carried out sympathetically to my dad's needs and now he can at least read his mail. Ipen delivered the reading glasses and ensured... read full comment

Excellent service. I thought it would be a real uphill struggle to sort out glasses for my mother in her care home. Not so, it was a walk in the park dealing with Care Opticians.
