Popped in this branch for a coffee yesterday afternoon . Nero is one of my favourite cafes and i am very particular about my latte .The young man ,who severed me was very friendly and polite but i was so impressed that he made me my favourite latte! The place was tired and in a state of disrepair. The stairs down to the toilet were dirty and the toilet was dirty and smelly. My first and last visit.
