Staff are absolutely lovely and make the experience of stuffing the teddy bear very magical for the kids. Good choices of customisation as you can pick from many teddy bears, multiple scents, many sounds and of course a very wide range of outfits and handheld items. Once you are done building your bear you will be able to name it on the birth certificate and promptly pick it up as you pay.

Milly in the Brighton store was really kind and patient with my daughter who we had bought in for her 1st birthday, she really made the whole experience very positive.

Came back today to build a bear with my boyfriend after we were here a couple weeks ago to give him a late anniversary present, Staff Billie and Luke was absolutely lovely, knowledgeable about bears and Both of them really made our experience at build a bear amazing! Another staff member I don?t remember your name apologises but the lady with brown hair, was absolutely sweet and was helpful! Overall lovely shop and staff are fantastic! Thank you guys ?

10/10 I loved it here as a autistic person I found it comforting the person that stuffed my bears asked whether I would like the heart ceremony I said no as it would make my anxiety worse but I really liked the option also the person that showed me all the scents was so nice thank you for making my birthday awesome :)

A great experience for children or even adults. Lots of bears and clothes to choose from.BILLIE (sorry if we've misspelled your name), was amazing. A lovely, friendly member of staff, who was so easy to talk to that it was like talking to a friend we'd known for years.MATTHEW was lovely too, he made our daughter smile whilst the bear was being stuffed. Thank you both for a fantastic experience!

I went here with my boyfriend on saturday, and i was greeted by the loveliest workers. one worker in particular ( i didn?t remember her name) she helped me choose different things to add to my bear, such as a scent, heartbeat and sound and another lovely girl just made me experience really enjoyable and healing:) i got to help stuff my build-a-bear and add clothes to it too. i recommend this place in brighton so much! thank you :)

Went to this Build-A-Bear with my friends and had a rude cashier, who we believe was a manager due to him dishing out tasks to the other staff. He was permanently glaring at us after our refunds and when we had finished picking out our bear he would glare and go into the back the of store leaving us waiting for AT LEAST half an hour. None of the other employees were like this and he personally ruined my experience which caused us to leave as we will not be treated like this. He was a tall individual with blond buzz cut, long sleeves and no work ethic.

went for a bear and refunded it due to a bad scent and poor stitching. following the refund, one member of staff which looked like skinny sam smith was glaring at me and my family until we decided to leave the shop when we wanted to buy new ones
