Ludicrously expensive and yet no air conditioning. The chocolate was melting in the shop. Disappointing.

Not 24 hours. I have arrived at this shop multiple times to find it closed.

I witnessed a senior staff, possibly night manager tell off a young member of staff who was apparently quite new, for doing something incorrectly. He gestured at his head and told him he wasn't smart. Very unprofessional and humiliating.
