Clearly there seems to be an issue with what management are willing to accept, judging from these reviews. I booked a collection and while I was told that they were at liberty to decline items, I was taken aback when they declined everything. Absolutely horrendous experience with the two foreign "gentlemen" who came to pick up a broken bed bought from another store.
