Two years ago. This was £9 for a platinum wash. Then the hose pipe ban was brought in, and over night it jumped £3 to £12. We there yesterday because of the hose pipe ban and not being able to wash my own car and guess what? Yep jumped another £3 to £15!!! Total greed! Shameful. Won't be going back. £15 for a car wash. Can get a hand one for less. Not even that great of a car wash.

Air machine doesn't work - caused tyres to deflate to almost a flat. Luckily had enough air in tyre still to get to Esso where the machine works. Tried to call to let you know it's the machine and not our tyres/valve as suggested, but phone number doesn't work on website. Staff tried to help, but just want to make sure machine is fixed so safe for other drivers.

Phone number doesn?t work. Wanted to call to see if they had Autogas as they constantly advertise the price on the board, however every time I go it is ?Out of Use?. Would be great if you updated your information.

Awful place. Waited over 30 minutes to use jet wash as van full of dirt bikes were being washed after what looked like a day off roading. The bay was left with mud caked across everything.Paid £5 to use the jet wash for 10 minutes only for it to stop after 1 minute with an error message. Went into shop as instructed by jetwash screen. "person in charge" said jet wash was out of order and didn't I see the cone in front of it. Explained the situation per the above and asked if usual van of off road motorcycles is permitted to be cleaned in bays (inc all off road gear, boots etc) and for it to be left in such a state. Person refused to answer and just repeated jet wash out of order.Absolutely awful service. Will make a point to never use this garage in future.

The guy (assuming owner or manager) literally slapped his worker in front of me for providing wrong information accidentally. Poor chap
Turned up at 04.30 Sunday morning after doing search for nearest BP.only to find they coned forecourt off as they was having a food delivery. Its either 24 hour or not,advertised as a 24hr service but most definitely isn't.

Pleasant staff... 1yr ago! However, recently, I was served, a few times by the same person, and found them stuffy, and abrupt... Far from polite! I had one call regarding my complaint, then no follow up. I believe the guys name was Ranyan(operator 1,on the receipt!), who virtually grunted, and barked at me, causing me consternation. I felt like I had interrupted his dinner, or something?!! Very poor customer skills! I don't care now, as I don't go back there.

great customer service, found my twix, yazoo, wellies even plasters for my urethra. in the end it all come down to the one petrol and he sold me that too. good man ?
